Digital Composing Class

An exciting group class for kids aged 8 and up to explore composing music and bringing their creations to life with technology.

Students will devise their own melodic lines and harmonies for original songs, inspired by a variety of sources. They'll have the opportunity to interact with interesting midi instruments and experiment with all new sounds and sequences, and cover a variety of musical theory principles.

Taylor is thoroughly passionate about making a difference in the world through music and by teaching every student how to make music their own. Taylor looks forward to showing students how to master their instrument and develop their own spin on musicality. He is great with kids and well adept on supporting students of varying levels and needs. In his spare time he loves to compose music for computer games.

Term 4 Class Details

Date/Time: Saturdays, starting 10th October (10 weeks)
Time: 10.45am-11.45am (1hr)
Where: Studio 4 with Taylor
Cost: $250 per student 
(That's $25 a lesson)

Book into Term 4

Bring: own laptop or iPad with bandlab and/or musescore installed.
Age guide: suitable for children aged 8 to 16.
