Angela Music teacher

Angela has enjoyed a lifetime love of music which has included playing the piano since a young age. Since leaving full time employment to focus on family, Angela is returning to piano to teach introductory students.

 Angela has over two decades of experience working in the entertainment industries across music, film and television. Angela ran Queensland's state contemporary body where she was CEO of QMusic, and has also worked for Queensland's state film body Screen Queensland. Angela has worked in management for Paramount Pictures, Network Ten, Planet Hollywood and was National Publicist for Festival Mushroom Records (Sydney-based) where she looked after a large roster of artists and bands. Angela also ran her own private company, Box Office Publicity, a boutique business that provided strategic and creative counsel for its entertainment-focussed clients from early career musicians to film festivals. Also during this time, Angela did weekly radio entertainment reporting and reviewing. Angela has sat on various Boards including the Australian Music Industry Network (AMIN) Board and the Management Committee for the Queensland Writers Centre.
